Take any reaction even if slight seriously, it could indicate symptoms of wheat allergy.
Symptoms of wheat allergy are many and a truly troublesome lot that
can keep on irritating a person once they sit down for a meal. Today,
our staple diet has become mainly composed of wheat and we simply must
have it or its products with our meals. Symptoms of wheat allergy are
bound to recur time and again because any time a victim who is prone
to wheat allergy attack is bound to come across wheat or its
components. The bad thing about the symptoms of wheat allergy is that
any time that you come across wheat products, your body might be
triggered to exhibit the symptoms of wheat allergy attacks. Usually,
they lead to problems both at home and at the place of work. Allergic
people react negatively even when touched on the hand with somebody
whose fingers bear the allergens. At home, there is needed to keep the
utensils that such people used on their own or to wash them thoroughly
with soap and water to ward away all traces of wheat. One is not only
allergic to wheat alone, but to other related species like rye, oat,
and barley too. The best treatment for wheat, allergy so far is
totally avoiding any thing that has wheat or traces of wheat within
it.
Wheat allergy attacks can either be triggered by finished and
packaged products, even the ones that are not made pure of wheat but
those that have flour in them as an ingredient. If one passes by a
wheat field and he/she breathes in the flying pollen, they trigger
allergic attacks. When sitting down to a meal, a person who is prone
to these allergic attacks should be set further away from the others
so that even a chance passing of a plateful of bread doesn' pass by
him and trigger off an attack.
Wheat allergies can lead to attack by hives or rashness throughout
the body. It may also result to intense abdominal attacks that can
make one suspect a case of food poisoning. They might be followed by
diarrhea and vomiting. Stool may also have spots of blood and the
person' breath comes in hard with a lot of wheezing. The eyes may also
turn watery and the nose runs. These symptoms might appear immediately
after consuming a meal of wheat or shortly thereafter. It is advised
that should one suffer severe attacks of these attacks, he/she should
see a physician for further advice. For the sake of the person, the
family may also opt to replace wheat in its diet with other equally
nutritious diets.
